1st Place Extracted Amber Honey

If you have any questions about how to prepare your honey for subsequent NJBA annual honey competitions, just ask Anna and Angelo Trapani of Trapper's Honey. Their first place in Class 3 Amber extracted honey was one of two first place ribbons they earned in the Extracted Honey Division.

Clean jars and lids, free of any stickiness, an attractive label, uniform fill, lack of crystals and lack of foam are all factors that make up a prize-winning entry in this class.
