Judging the Extracted Honey Division

Dr. Dewey Caron, who has judged many state honey competitions in this country and such national competitions as those held by the American Beekeeping Federation, looks over some of the 28 entries in the four Extracted Honey classes which comprised 84 one-pound jars of honey that were judged at the New Jersey Beekeepers Association (NJBA) Annual Honey Show on February 12, 2007.
